Allied Telesis launches new “EcoSystem Partner Program”


Network infrastructure provider brings together best-in-class vendors to provide outstanding service to end-users and help channel partners generate increased revenues


Chiasso, Switzerland, 25 November 2011 — Allied Telesis, a leading provider of networking infrastructure, has today launched its “EcoSystem Partner Program” which will bring together best-in-class vendors to deliver outstanding services and application solutions to end-users. The three-tiered program will enable new and existing channel partners to benefit from increased revenue by taking advantage of the demand for IP convergence and “one-stop shop solutions”.

The EcoSystem Partner Program will leverage the expertise and know-how of data center, network protection, physical security, IT platform and professional services providers to create bespoke IP-based solutions for multiple markets including healthcare, transportation, education, manufacturing and government. Allied Telesis and its partner vendors will verify that all products and solutions are easily interoperable and will take responsibility for ensuring that the end-user is fully aware of the escalation process making deployment and management easier and more cost efficient.

Through a series of trade events, road shows and campaigns the new EcoSystem Partner Program will be promoted to new and existing Allied Telesis channel partners from any sector including those already in IT or those who want to add complete solutions to their portfolio.

The EcoSystem Partner Program comprises three tiers and Allied Telesis aim is promote all vendors to the top tier as soon as possible:

Allied Telesis will include demonstrations of its NET.Monitor service, which adds value to healthcare IT by providing real-time network and server monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting remotely as a managed service. To simplify network upgrades for EMR or implementing cloud-based data storage, Allied Telesis provides a variety of professional services ranging from network assessment and design to complete systems integration.

EcoSystem Partner – Technology: This is the highest level of partnership and gives the vendor access to marketing, sales and technical co-operation. Allied Telesis will work with the vendor to develop a technical solutions guide, service and support co-operation and specific features development.

EcoSystem Partner – Strategic: A Strategic partner can take advantage of marketing and sales co-operation as well as sales and channel training, joint marketing campaigns and joint solutions guides.

EcoSystem Partner: This entry level partnership gives vendors access to marketing co-operation with Allied Telesis including joint press releases, co-branded success stories and Web and partner portal presence.
